Gore can’t drive 55

From the Seattle PI:

Gore, who was alone, was issued a $141 ticket for driving 75 mph on state Route 26 in the northwest corner of the state, police said. The speed limit is 55.

Very small story that I thought was funny as this is the guy who wrote a book that said the internal combustion engine the greatest enemy of mankind. And wanted to sign the Keoto treaty. As I am sure he would tell us. Driving at 75 waists gas, and causes more greenhouse gases to be produced. But he is a popular (D)umbacrat so those things just don’t apply to him!

Kerry is not hiding anything!

From the Washington Times:

"Senator Kerry's entire military service record is posted on JohnKerry.com. His entire record," said Michael Meehan, adviser for communications to the campaign, at a press conference called to defend Mr. Kerry against recent charges that the former Navy lieutenant didn't deserve some of his war decorations — three Purple Hearts, a Bronze Star and a Silver Star.

Now again, I have no idea wither Kerry deserves the medals that he did or did not through over the fence at the white house. I also know of NO one in the media that has said ‘I asked for the records and they handed all of them to me! It had information on all three tours. It was all there, and they did not make me go though any hoops to get them’. Nope I have not seen that or anything like it anywhere! The fact is I am sure that he does not want us the common man, the people he is so in touch with, to see his military records. I also believe that if we did it would show that he did not save the planet from the evil Viet Cong, which is something that almost implied whenever he talks. By the way, did you know John Kerry was in Viet Nam?....

Kerry wants to keep pouring money into Europe

From FoxNews:

In a speech to the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Kerry was arguing Wednesday that Bush's policy would undermine relations with U.S. allies and dangerously reduce forces at a time when the nation is fighting the Al Qaeda terrorist network in 60 countries across the globe, according to a senior campaign official familiar with discussions about the speech

OK here we go. Kerry has always voted to cut the military and shrink the forces that we have. Now that bush says that we need to put our troops out of places like Germany, Kerry is against it? Well because it is going to hurt our relationship with them. Meaning when they don’t get the millions of dollars that our government and soldiers, pour into the region they will like us even LESS then they do now! Hmm sorry I don’t care. If anything they say it will take 10 years to make this happen. I say do it in 2 no more. They have been protesting the US for quite awhile now, and if they don’t like us that’s fine, we can take a hint, so lets go home! Really though is there any reason we need still need to keep any troops there to defend them? Defend them from what? Terrorists? They like them for goodness sake! They dislike us. We no longer have a reason to be there so here is the exit strategy. Boys pack up your stuff were out of here!

Iraq to flex its new freedom

From FoxNews:

"There will be no American intervention in this regard. The only American intervention would be aerial protection and also securing some of the roads that lead to the compound. As for entering the compound, it will be 100 percent Iraqis," Shaalan said.

I hope they pull this off with complete success and flying colors. I would add that success would mean putting a bullet in that al-Sadr person. Martyr him, what ever, he needs to be gone! It seems to me that if he is gone that Iraq can then make even more steps forward! I am glad to see that Americans will only be observing this action. I wish the men all the luck in the world and good hunting!

Fighting gun crime!

On TribNet:

Law enforcement authorities launched a campaign Monday to combat gun violence in Western Washington, including Pierce County.

A primary element is a plan to get more aggressive about prosecuting gun crimes in federal court, where defendants face steeper sentences.

"We're very serious about this message," U.S. Attorney John McKay told a news conference. "If they have a gun in their hand, we're going to get them."

WOW its about time! I even believe that the NRA has been asking ALL governments to take this approach. In the article they don’t even want to pass more laws! Amazing! It seems that they finally understand that they can use the laws they already have, who would have thought! No legal owner of weapons is going to be against this, there will be no protests from ether side. So why have they not tried this before. I guess its all about the message. The quote from U.S. Attorney John McKay is really telling. You see before they were not serious about the message and apparently they might not have got the criminals with guns in there hand. Yep they were more concerned with passing more gun control laws then using the laws they have it seems…..

The Johns to help Rural America?

From FoxNews:

"The key to this is to have a president and vice president of the United States who don't think of rural America as a place you fly over between New York and California," Edwards told a private gathering of about 35 people on a 500-acre family farm. "It's part of our way of life, what we believe in."

Yep that’s right the multi-millionaire trial lawyer that helped raise the cost of having a baby in a hospital and the super rich, married an even richer woman, 20+ year senator are really in touch with you! Sure they are. They don’t believe in class warfare or anything right? Right!....

They threw an Olympics and no one showed up.

From DRUDGE REPORT:

On Saturday, the first full day of competition, weightlifter Nurcan Taylan became the first Turkish woman to win an Olympic gold medal but her feat was achieved in a near empty stadium.

On Sunday, tennis superstars Venus Williams and Andy Roddick, used to playing to packed courts, began their Olympic quest to vacant stands.

I found this funny as I have not really tried to watch the Olympics for many years. The last time that I did, I sat there with a stopwatch. It was one minutes of coverage for every 2 minutes of commercials. That was why I don’t even try anymore. Now with my TIVO I might give it a shot again. Also I think it is very well understood that the Olympics just don’t matter that much anymore to Americans. Not sure why, but it might be because we are not competing with the USSR anymore.

Banding together against Kerry!

Four Right Wing Wackos has a story showing several different veterans group’s against Kerry. As well as how Kerry responded. It’s a good read.

Gone for awhile

I will be on Vacation for one week.

Holy First Amendment Mr. Kerry

Bits Blog pointed me to

Online Human Events

The letter claims the ad is "false" and "libelous" and suggests, in not-so-subtle terms, that TV stations should use their "legal authority" to refuse any requests for advertising airtime

Now at least the way that I understand the first amendment this is protected speech. They are allowed to say anything that they want as political speech! What this really is, is the DNC trying to scare the TV stations into pulling the adds and silence the Kerry critics. Why? Because these critics are not politicians, or talking heads on TV. No, these are people that like Mr. Kerry were in Viet Nam. You did know he was in Viet Nam right? Anyway, these are soldiers that served with or around him. They knew him then and saw what he did how he acted, and most importantly they remember what he did when he got back. Why is that the most important part? Because, ALL the news media seems to have forgotten what he did, and he is not going to tell you himself. The administration is distancing itself from the adds, mostly because they don’t want to be seen on that much of an attack, but I know they are cheering for the adds in the backroom.

A picture you need to see

I don’t have the ability to add pictures to my blog yet, but I found this picture on Sacred Cow Burgers that you really need to see: Sacred Cow Burgers

Border patrol turns up the heat!

From the Washington Times

Eighty-nine agents have been assaulted so far this year in an escalating series of attacks by the smugglers

Apparently someone decided that the border patrol needed to start cracking down! I think that’s a good idea, but if they are getting fired on then do we need to start thinking about helping them out by supplying them with some soldiers? Right now the slime balls know they can get away with it because the border patrol is not heavily outfitted with fighting weapons or trained in fighting tactics. They are law enforcement not a swat team or a military patrol. I don’t want to see any border patrol agent killed because we did not ether give him the right equipment for his job, or because we did not give him the proper support tools (military assistance). If they are infiltrating our borders by force, then I believe we have a right to resist that infiltration with greater force. This is another fight we just do not want to loose.

Way to go FBI

From Fox News:

Yassin Muhhiddin Aref, 34, the Imam of the mosque, and Mohammed Mosharref Hoosain, the 49-year-old founder of the mosque, were arrested early Thursday morning. They are accused of reaching out to someone they thought was a terrorist trying to get a shoulder-fired missile to down planes in the United States.

FOX News learned from a law enforcement official, however, that that person was not a terrorist, and actually it was all a sting operation. The two men are accused of agreeing to help launder money to pay for the missile.

Normally we don’t see stories that make us cheer for the FBI, but this is different! I knew all along that the current administration was telling the truth when they said that they are currently pursuing terrorists. Now we have some proof that they can show us. Way to go guys. The only downside that I can see is that there is going to be an out cry of entrapment and other crap. I don’t know why people like this can’t be striped of there citizenship and then dealt with appropriately then. . Again glad the feds got the slime balls! Good job!!!

Danger great rant to read!

Kim du Toit directed me to:

Cold Fury

Press: “Mr. Ridge, how do you respond to charges that this security alert is really a scare tactic being used for political purposes by the Bush administration?”

Ridge: “Christ almighty, what is it with you people? You’ve spent a couple of years asking why we didn’t prevent 9/11, calling for an investigation, asking ‘how much did Bush know and when did he know it?’ You blamed us for something we failed to prevent after eight months in office, and yet to this day you give the Clinton admin a free pass, even though he had eight years—eight fucking years, people—to do something about al Qaeda and didn’t do one goddamned thing.

From there It just gets better and better! GO! Read it NOW!

Congress to take more power? LOL

In the Washington Times:

September 11 commission members said yesterday that Congress must use their report to justify taking more power and oversight from the White House as the two branches go about reorganizing domestic security and intelligence.

Now I agree with this recommendation, but the problem is that the members of the congress know that if they take more power in these issues, which they have the right and responsibility to do, they will also inherit the responsibility for what happens. They wont like that, I don't think they will do it ether. There is also the problem of acting in a timely manor to changing conditions. Committees don’t do that well at all.

Now republicans have said they will move quickly on these recommendations, but also don’t want to go to fast, but the (D)umbacrats, following the Johns, want to take what the commission said and run with it now. The problem is that, that is exactly how we got the patriot act. I am not against the patriot act all together, but it does have problems. I believe that most of the problems came from the speed of which it was created not the republicans or dumbacrats.

Kerry’s butt hurts

On Drudge

Points from Unfit for Command:

· Two of John Kerry's three Purple Heart decorations resulted from self-inflicted wounds, not suffered under enemy fire.

· All three of Kerry's Purple Hearts were for minor injuries, not requiring a single hour of hospitalization.

· A "fanny wound" was the highlight of Kerry's much touted "no man left behind" Bronze Star.

What I want to see here is proof that these claims are true. I think it could be true sure, but I want to be honest, so I need proof. Problem is Kerry has not provided his medical records, or military record. You did know he was in Viet Nam right? Good. What I get out of this story though is that there are lots of vets that just don’t want him anywhere near the seat of real power. I have to agree with them on that point, no questions asked!

you also need to check out what Danegerus has to say also!

Cops don’t know what a pot plant looks like

On fox news:

It turns out the tall plants with the narrow leaves arranged in a fan pattern weren't pot plants at all, but specimens of Texas Star hibiscus. Which Davis grows for his landscaping business.

"No apology, no nothing," Davis complained to the Chronicle. "I realize they have a job to do, but this seems a little bizarre."

I think that the Harris County Organized Crime Unit needs a LOT more training. The judge that issued the search warrant needs to make sure that they know what they are looking at also. There is just no excuse for this. I support the police, but they really do need to make sure they know that a crime is being committed. For goodness sake the plants in question were in the front yard. All they had to do was walk up to the house look at them compare them to a picture and then walk away. Read the story it is very funny. Kind of sounds like the Fife Washington polices.

People just want stars to keep quiet

On Fox News

Americans who aren't fans of politics-laced entertainment — the kind served up by the likes of Whoopi Goldberg , Linda Ronstadt and the Dixie Chicks — say they're responding the only way they know how: by boycotting, or threatening to boycott, products of celebs who speak out.

Now the celebs will call this being blackballed. That’s because they haven’t a clue. I know there are many, many, many celebs that share the opinion of the celebs listed above. The difference they like their paycheck and keep there mouth shut! Which is what they need to do. They can have an opinion, I would fight for there right to have an opinion, but that does not mean that I want to hear it, or support it with my money. While they are entitled to have a stupid, uninformed opinion, They need to remember that the first amendment does not protect them from the people on the street. It is only there to protect you from the government. Now lots of people have complained about these people having there rights trampled on, what that means is obviously they failed social studies in high school.

Terror alert changes

I saw this on Yahoo News

More than half a dozen government officials interviewed yesterday, who declined to be identified because classified information is involved, said that most, if not all, of the information about the buildings seized by authorities in a raid in Pakistan last week was about three years old, and possibly older.

Intelligence officials said that the remarkably detailed information about the surveillance -- which included logs of pedestrian traffic and notes on the types of explosives that might work best against each target -- was evaluated in light of general intelligence reports received this summer indicating that al Qaeda hopes to strike a U.S. target before the November presidential elections.

Now it seems that the only story that the major media wants to report on is that most of the intel is 3 years old. Therefore proving that the administration did this just to draw attention itself and hurt their man Kerry. Only two real problems with that. One, there is new intel that goes with the older intel. This new intel connects the survailance to a time frame for attack. Or more likely when you have a time frame for attack, you start looking for where they are going to attack. Now barring any new location information you start looking at older data, once there you find the most likely and bingo your winner by default. Sorry if that was convoluted. Now, two, this info comes from the left slanted media. They quote NO sources by name or station. Just calling them government officials. A government official could be the receptionist for goodness sake. Now I am not saying they did make this up, just that this would not be the first time they gave us a half truth. Sorry I just don’t trust the media that looks me in the face and says “I have no bias at all” and then gives reports that clearly shows how biased it is.

Kerry to save America?

On Fox News

"John and I know that we can build a safer America by reaching out to other countries, bringing people to our side and remembering that never does the United States of America go to war because it wants to, we go to war because we have to," Kerry told supporters at a discount mall in Springfield, Ohio, on Sunday.

So their plan is to reach out to other counties and get them to come to our side so that they will protect poor us? You see we are going to reach out to the great French and germen politicians and ask them if they will commit their world renowned troops to protect us from the bad people. Even when I say it sarcastically it still does not sound more stupid then when John said it. Why is it that the (D)umbacrats idea of protecting the people of America is to rely on other countries, must of which at best just don’t like us. At worst they want us to disappear. And the Johns want us to trust them and “them” for our safety.

Kerry supports defense spending?

Cold Fury

Has some good stuff about something Kerry does NOT want to talk about…. His voting record for the past 20 years. He does not even want to talk about the good things that he voted for. Most likely because it is ether a very short of nonexistent list.

Check out the Bias

Alphecca has the weekly rundown on the anti-gun bias. It’s a good read as always.

Thoughts on speech

Pulling quotes from Fox News

We need to make America once again a beacon in the world. We need to be looked up to and not just feared.

You don't value families by kicking kids out of after school programs and taking cops off our streets, so that Enron can get another tax break.

And when I am President, the government I lead will enlist people of talent, Republicans as well as Democrats, to find the common ground —so that no one who has something to contribute will be left on the sidelines.

And let me say it plainly: in that cause, and in this campaign, we welcome people of faith. America is not us and them.

OK I only pulled a few quotes for this one. For one, I completely lost count of all the lies that were told, also if I tried to list them here, this post would be miles long and I would be late for work. So lets just cover a couple. I am SICK of hearing that we are alone in Iraq. Every time they say this they are slapping our allies that are also in country with us. These people are our friends dam it. They support us. Now you also know that if France had joined us then John would not be saying ‘alone’. Hey John, “we don’t need them”.

Now the first quote says that America needs respect and not to be feared. Well I for one believe that in the world stage, if you don’t respect us, you better fear us. I would say that right now our enemies do fear us. I like that. Fear is good! In that context at least. Then lets talk about John raising our taxes again. I don’t work for Enron and never did, but I did get a tax cut. I liked having MY money back in MY pocket. Now John said he was not going to raise taxes on people like me and you, but lets look at his voting record shall we? He does not want you to do that. He has always raised taxes on EVERYONE. He wanted a 50 cent increase in the gas tax for goodness sake. Then he said he wants to be a president that unites all people. So lets see, as he and the other John are preaching class warfare, pitting “rich” against “poor”, he goes on national TV and Radio and says I want to bring you all together? Nope don’t buy that ether, and you shouldn’t ether. Than the faith comment. When you read that quote, or when you hear him say this crap, just remember this is the party that harbors the nuts that want to remove ‘under GOD’ from the pledge of allegiants. John does not really believe what he said last night. He just said these things for people that do not want to look at his past and see the truth of who he is. Please don’t be one of them.

Sharpton spews hate!

On Fox News

One of many standing ovations went on for a minute after he told delegates that after the nation failed to deliver on Civil War-era promises of "40 acres and mule" to freed slaves, "we didn't get the mule so we decided we'd ride this donkey as far as it would take us."

I have come here tonight to say, that the only choice we have to preserve our freedoms at this point in history is to elect John Kerry the president of the United States.

Every time I here this man talk, I am reminded that there are clearly racists on TV still, even today, and that’s ok as long as they are the right color and on the right side of politics. This man hates me, he can’t stand me, and he has never even met me, or even heard my name. This is one of the great leaders of the party that wants to unite people? What is funny is that the party he belongs to is run by the people he can’t stand! Rich white people. BTW I am not rich, just for the record. I also feel sorry for this man and anyone that buys into his hate. It does not have to be this way. Racism needs to be distained on both sides, not just one. He also says that the votes are not for sale? Yeah he is really up on Politics in general there. Sure its not. Nope Dumbacrats dont take any moeny from special interests. Nope, never have.
I like the comment the only choice we have is to elect Kerry. So let me see…‘we don’t like Kerry, we know he lies, a very very rich white guy, clamed that he was a war criminal in front of congress, or lied to congress, one or the other, but he is still better than the republicans…’ Yep that’s what he said. LOL. On top of that even though he said that he took part in the alleged atrocities in Viet Nam they hold him up as a Hero? Wow if I tried to understand that logic, I would hurt myself.

Oh and then the other John gave a speech and talked about Kerry. Did you know that Kerry was in Viet Nam? Wow I would have never known if I did not hear that speech. Jeez get over it and move on. What are your ideas? None only that you can do it better. OK How? Again no answer. Oh and then there are the adds running that have Kerry saying he can lower the cost of health care by streamlining the paperwork. Well is he saying that while in congress, where he helped create the paperwork, he did not do any work on reducing the paperwork, but as president he will be able to do that? No friends he is lying again. The President can not do that, All the President could do is propose to change the Medicare runes, it would still take congress to change them and then the President could sign the change into law. Government 101.

The man from Far Left Field

I read this in the Seattle PI

McDermott is clearly enjoying this convention and the improbability of becoming a minor celebrity. The notoriety came after he landed an extended appearance in Michael Moore's blockbuster film, Fahrenheit 9/11.

This whole article is about how the Dumbacrats are embracing this clearly far left wacko! This is they guy that on TV said that he trusts Saddam Hussein more than the President of the United States! This is the guy that said that they timed the capture of Saddam so the it would help the President! This guy is a nut! He is right at home with the far left nuts in Seattle, and would fit right in with anyone from Berkley. I have to give him this though, unlike the Dumbacrats choice for President, Mr. McDermott does not waffle or flip flop. He knows what he stands for and is proud of it at all times. I cant stand his politics at all, but I can respect that.

They think all people are stupid

This is all over, but I am going to be pulling from:

Washington Times

And Fox News

"Instead of making America more secure, they have made us less so," Mr. Kennedy said. "They have made it harder to win the real war on terrorism, the war against al Qaeda. And none of this had to happen."

"John is a fighter," she said. "He earned his medals the old-fashioned way: by putting his life on the line for his country."
She also said America has strayed from "its moral bearings" and called for it to reject "thoughtless and greedy choices," although she didn't identify any examples of such choices.

Ok I will start with the obvious here. Apparently Mr. Kennedy had to much to drink again. He seems to think that because the French and Germans are mad at us, that it is harder to win the war on terrorism. Well again he is wrong, there is a reason that the terrorists are keeping their heads down right now, and its not because of anything the French have done or said!

Now, Mrs. Kerry. She talked about Kerry earning his medals, but she forgot to say that he later bad mouth his brothers in arms and then through his medals over the fence at the white house. That might be a detail people need to know. Oh and did you know that John Kerry was in Viet Nam? Yeah he was. They she talks about greedy choices? How much is she worth again? Jeez these people are hypocrites!

DNC convention kicks off

Saw it everywhere I looked!

Don’t expect much out of me this week, because the news is all going to be about the (D) people. I will try to find other things to talk about if I can. One thing I saw last night was an interview with Hillary before she had her speech. One thing she said that kind of made me laugh. She said we should be asking who we would want so be in a fox hole with. Of course she said we should pick Kerry. Uh.. No. As having spent some time in a fox hole myself, I would have to pick someone else. Surprisingly my first choice is not Bush ether. Its Vice President Dick Cheney. Anyone that tells a senator to F-himself is a person that I want watching my back! Now did you know that Kerry was in Viet Nam? Well in case you missed it, he was. When he was there he was on a river patrol boat, and in charge. They came under fire. He apparently tagged the slime ball with a 50cal. Then he got out of the boat and chased him down and killed the slime ball. OK this might sound heroic, but the commander of the boat got out of his boat to chase down a single bad guy. This is clearly stupid and just the wrong thing to do. He left his men. Risked his life and the life of his men doing this stupid stunt, but hey he is a war hero now!

Love those peace protesters

Saw this on FoxNews.com

A brief scuffle broke out on the Common between some of the peace demonstrators and a man carrying a graphic anti-abortion sign. Witnesses said the man was pushed to the ground and his shirt was torn, but he was unhurt.

"Mr. Bush lies," said Del Solar, of Escondido, Calif. As for the Democrat, he said, "Mr. Kerry is very confused. On one side, he says the war is wrong. On the other side, he says we need more boys in Iraq."

The first is just so funny and typical. When they disagree with you, and heaven forbid that you disagree with them, they resort to violence! It is so funny. They also show how tolerant they are of other options! Now you also know they did not arrest the protesters, they are on the democratic side for goodness sake.

Now the Bush Lied guy. Well he just needs to do some homework and get a little bit of an education. If you say Bush lied then you must believe that he did in fact know all the facts. That the CIA did give him the right information. You must also believe that the 911 commission lied in its findings, that the Senate intelligence committee lied also about its finding. By the way there are several Dumbacrats on those committees, and they must have lied to. The only thing this guy got right is that Kerry is confused. Which is very much is! I can see him giving two different speeches this week. One on how he supports the war on terror and then after it one on how we really need to just cut and run.

The Dumbacrats want to keep protesters in a cage

Saw this on Right Wing News:

You need to go to the link above to see the cage itself. I can only imagine the whining and screeching if they had these at the Republican convention. Al Gore would show up again and scream ‘brown shirts’. Cries of Nazi’s and Look how evil they are, were are my first amendment rights, and so on. Is the cage over the top. I am not sure. Am I picking on the (D)’s for having them at there convention, no.

When did you think you were safe?

On Tribnet.com

WASHINGTON (July 23, 5:57 am PDT) - Warning "we are not safe" yet, the Sept. 11 commission called for a major overhaul of the nation's intelligence agencies to stop the next terror attack. Panelists vowed to make their unanimously backed reforms an election-year issue.

When exactly did you think you were safe? We ARE safer, but we are not safe until all those that would do us harm or could do us harm are ether dead or locked up! Does this mean that I think we should take over the planet? Hmmm…..no, but lets not get delusional here ether. This is just some stupid Liberal partisan crap. They want to give Kerry a campaign issue to run on. Then “they” vowed to make the unanimously backed reform “subjections” a election-year issue. OK you know why this is a unanimously backed? Because you had a lot of very Liberal people on the board, along with some that even helped cause the problem, AND you had the normal “I just want to get along with everyone and be popular” republicans on the board. They let the partisan Liberals take charge and even aggressively attach people that were there to speak. Well we get what we pay for!

Flight 93 downed with out struggle?

On foxnews.com

The assertion, included in the panel's dramatic summary of the harrowing flight, contradicts the firmly held belief by some victims' families that passengers breached the cockpit and fought with hijackers inside during their final moments.

You know what, there was a struggle. The filthy Terrorists knew they had lost. I don’t care what the commission says they people were HEROS!

Mr. Burger

With all the talk over the last few days, one question I have not heard asked is this. How long is he going to be in jail? That really is the only question we need to ask. He admitted to taking the documents. There is no question about that. What he did is a crime. How long is he going to be in jail?

As for being sloppy? Jezz if you could see my office. Now that is sloppy, but I have never accidentally put a document down my pants! Anyone who believes this line is ether stupid or brainwashed. He knew it was wrong but did not know it was a crime? And what was his job before? Get real he knew it was a crime! When I read stuff about this and hear people agree that its all some big mistake or that what hard did it really do, I lose faith in people in general.

Another Entertainer that needs to shut up

Over at the Drudge Report

"We're gonna sing this for George Bush because he's out of here, people!" Raitt crowed Tuesday night before she launched into the opening licks of "Your Good Thing (Is About to End),"

Yep another one. No only do they express their opinions at a concert were people want to hear them sing, but then they go out of the country to bash our president. Yep she was in Sweden when she said this. Now she was a right to say what she wants, but if I go to a music concert I do not expect to hear a political message, unless it is in the music itself! Just one more artist that will never see a dime from me again. If they wanted to make a political statement let them rent a hall, buy some TV time, and say “come one and come all, to my little get together and hear me shoot off my mouth about things that I barely have any knowledge of!.” I guess what impresses me is 2 things. One that people actually care what these people say, and two that people even listen at all.

More hostages taken

I saw this AP story on Tribnet.com

BAGHDAD, Iraq - Militants took six foreign truck drivers hostage and threatened Wednesday to behead one every 72 hours beginning Saturday night unless their company ends its business in Iraq, and their countries - India, Egypt and Kenya - pull all their citizens out.

Now I am sure this has nothing to do with the fact that the terrorists have learned that when you threaten these little spineless countries, they will turn tail and run, right? Countries like Italy, and the Philippines come to mind. Strange that they don’t seem to go after Americans much anymore. That could be because we will find their ass and blow them away! (if the PC commanders let the men do there job) I just don’t know what they are thinking. Nope don’t get it.

Hey boys the Marines go to town!

On Fox News

BAGHDAD, Iraq — U.S. Marines killed 25 insurgents and captured 25 others during several hours of fierce fighting in Ramadi (search), a hotbed of the insurgency against U.S. and Iraqi forces, the American military said Thursday.

Now the only problem with this story is that they also captured 25 of the pieces of crap. Guys, Guys, just blow there butts away! Now, I was in the army so I know how hard it is for some marines to understand this (Yes I am very much joking), but really I don’t mind my tax dollars going to buy you some extra bullets so that you can just kill these dirt bag terrorists. BTW Love you guys and you are doing a fantastic job! Go out, Draw fire guys!!

Aladdin update:

From Right thinking from the left coast:

Thanks to negotiations today (July 21) between the Recording Artists Coalition (RAC) and the prospective new owners of Las Vegas’s Alladin Theater, expect to see RAC member Linda Ronstadt back at the venue this fall—with filmmaker Michael Moore on backup vocals. <>

Well it looks like I have to change my mind, and the next time I am in Vegas I will stay away from the Aladdin.

Blog Role is UP

It has been part of the template for awhile now, but it seems it has decided to work. Give these guys a visit. Lots of intersting stuff out there!

Calling all Terrorists!

I got this from DANEgerus

Which led to the New York Daily News

Oh and I also saw it on Fox News

Manhattan Federal Judge Robert Sweet's decision - made public yesterday - prohibits blanket searches of bulky bags and backpacks in the absence of a "specific threat."

Sweet's decision also limits how many streets the NYPD can close around Madison Square Garden, and prohibits cops from penning protesters behind metal barricades.

Well isn’t this grand. I think that most people would agree that the Terrorists would love to disrupt the election. That would pass the Duh test. But instead of this judge allowing the police to do the job of protecting ALL of the people there, he decides to protect the rights of terrorists to have easier access to the event. I can here some of you saying WHAT? That’s exactly what he wants to do. If the police were to search (nicely) the bags and items of Anyone that attend the convention, they would be going a long way in discouraging terrorists from even showing up. These cowards don’t like to be caught. By not allowing the police to separate the two groups he is all but insuring that the Republicans will have there rights trampled on as they try to attend the convention. Now I am not in any way saying that he or the major media care one little bit about the civil rights of Republicans, I think that it is clear they don’t. I also find it very interesting that nothing like this stupid ruling happened for the democratic convention. I wonder why……Hmmmm

Sandy Berger gets Probed

On everywhere and fox news.

Berger's home and office were searched earlier this year by FBI agents armed with warrants after the former Clinton adviser voluntarily returned some sensitive documents to the National Archives and admitted he also removed handwritten notes he had made while reviewing the sensitive documents.

Wow who would have thunk that a Clinton Administration member would break the law, and then say they did not know it was against the law? So lets see.. you were the national security advisor. You go into a high security document room. You then take these documents and stuff them down your pants, because they make you empty all your pockets before you leave. You know it is wrong to do this, but you don’t think that it is criminal? Nope it just doesn’t pass the Duh test.

Bone Head

I saw this at the Washington post and a few other places.

Linda Ronstadt, why don't you come to your senses? Booed last month during her performance at Wolf Trap when she dedicated her encore "Desperado" to Bush-bashing filmmaker Michael Moore, the singer has done it again. Saturday she sparked protests and got booted from the Aladdin hotel-casino in Las Vegas. "It was a very ugly scene," Aladdin President Bill Timmins told the Associated Press. "She praised him and all of a sudden all bedlam broke loose." Whisked off the property, Ronstadt, 58, was not allowed to return to her luxury suite. Before her show, she felt compelled to tell the Las Vegas Review-Journal: "I keep hoping that if I'm annoying enough to them, they won't hire me back." Mission accomplished.

I am glad that Mr. Timmins did what he did. He did the right thing. No one went there to here her shoot off her mouth about something that she clearly does not understand. I also hope that now she has a much harder job of even finding a job. Mr. Mhore is an America hater plane and simple. You do have the freedom of speech, but that does not mean that you there will not be a reaction. Every action has a reaction. The first amendment only states that the government can not react. Mr. Mhore and Linda need to learn and remember that.

Another Need to read

<>Over at Kim du Toit

He has some great articles today including one about a letter he got from someone what got fired because he carried a gun. A must read

Alphecca has their Weekly Check on the Bias

Alphecca

You really need to check this out. Lots of talk about the AWB. Great work there! Go and read it now!

Girlie-Men sounds about right not me.

Saw this on the PI

If they don't have the guts to come up here in front of you and say, 'I don't want to represent you, I want to represent those special interests, the unions, the trial lawyers ...' if they don't have the guts, I call them girlie men," Schwarzenegger said to the cheering crowd at a mall food court in Ontario.

"It uses an image that is associated with gay men in an insulting way, and it was supposed to be an insult. That's very troubling that he would use such a homophobic way of trying to put down legislative leadership," said Kuehl, one of five members of the Legislature's five-member Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Caucus.

Wow a political person spoke his mind and bothered some people. Seems to be they just want people that walk down the road of life and just say nice or bland things all day and try very hard never to offend anyone. Well I am glad that Arnold is not afraid to offend some people. Get a life. He wanted to get HIS message out and stick it to you and paint you in a certain way. He did. Now instead of proving him wrong or trying to prove that he is lying, you go and basically prove him right, whining to the press. Complaining that your feelings were hurt and how bad he is. Get over your selves and ether prove him wrong and fix the problem or do what your doing and prove him right!

Bush not Lying? WOW

Saw this on Fox News

A Senate Intelligence Committee report found inadequate evidence that deposed Iraqi President Saddam had been rebuilding his nuclear weapons program. It cited various reports, however, that Iraq had sought uranium in Africa. Thus, although Bush cited only British evidence that was determined to have been inconclusive, other intelligence files clearly contained other inconclusive evidence of the truth of the claim

When will they all get it straight and just give up on the “Bush lied and man died”. They never cared about the men that died, unless they were family. All they cared about was there agenda. Bush said what he thought based on what he was told. No president or world leader second guesses there intelligence services. There is no way they could. They don’t have the time to micromanage them. One problem that I see is that there is just to many bureaucrats in the intelligence services. Let them run something safe like the library system. We need Intel people running Intel! I just find it strange that people believe that the president is so stupid that he would lie to get us into a war, hoping that ether his false evidence would be made true, or that no one would discover that he lied! That just don’t not pass the Duh test!

Stupid Judges and Guns

I saw this yesterday on Kim du Toit’s site
With a follow up here at Star tribune

A Ramsey County District judge shot down Minnesota's permit-to-carry gun law Tuesday, saying that the way it was enacted in 2003 violated the state Constitution and the state's tradition of clean government.

But Sviggum said that critics of the bill had been proven wrong.
"The detractors of the bill said it would be the Wild, Wild West, there would be shootings at highway intersections for people who were mad drivers. That certainly did not come to pass. It was much, much less than it was portrayed to be.

OK so this judge decided that the law that was passed by the state legislature covered more than one topic, and therefore decided to through out the carry permit part of the law. So this is cute. A judge that, when an issue comes up that he does not like, decides that he ignore president and overturn the law. This is almost as bad as what happens here in The Peoples Republic of Washington. When the people pass an initiative we get sued by our own government and then the judges that we employ over turn the laws we pass, and have done so using this same reasoning. What works for the gun owners though is that this ruling will HAVE to be overturned, no two way about it. You see when a judge does something this stupid it has repercussions all though the system. State legislatures love to write bills and attach amendments that sometimes are barely connected to each other at all. They may be passing a law about raising traffic fines for speeding and attach an amendment making it a felony rob a store and use a private vehicle to escape. To most people these things seem different, but in the mind of a senator or congressmen they are very close together. Well with what this dumb judge has done, anyone that has arrested for robbing a store and then driving away will have there charges dropped. No the state supreme court will have to do the right thing and over turn this stupid judge. Now what needs to happen after that is, someone needs to figure out how to get this judge a job in the public sector. If he in an elected position, get him the hell out of there! If not the legislature can again do some good and remove him. They could even site his lack of IQ, or the fact that he is in fact an activist judge. I don’t care, but we really need to start cleaning up there mess!

You can wear your Gun in the open in VA!

I saw this on Washington post

In Virginia, as in many states, carrying a concealed weapon requires a permit, issued by a local court. But no permit is required to simply wield a gun in the open, a right reinforced by a state law that took effect July 1.

Fairfax police are baffled by the sudden display of weaponry but assume it was done to make some sort of statement.
"Crime is at 20-year lows in the county," Lt. Col. Charles K. Peters pointed out, even though the population is soaring. The county's homicide rate was the lowest in the nation last year among the 30 largest jurisdictions. "Hopefully no one feels the need to carry a gun, lawfully or unlawfully," Peters said. "But there's no question it is lawful to carry a gun on the street. So we've had to ensure that all of our officers are updated on the nuances of Virginia law that allow citizens to carry firearms in public places."

This is great. I would love to be able to carry my HK USP or my Para P-10 into a Starbucks in downtown Seattle or Tacoma! That would really be great! I could just piss off so may liberals at one time… of course the brass of the police don’t like it. I say the brass because one time here, at the local corner store. My wife and I talked to a Sheriff depute and asked him about his sidearm, which was a very nice Para P-12, if I remember correctly. We told him that we also carry and he asked us what we had, he then told us that he in fact wished that more people carried, because he felt that it made people safer. I was blown away, because I figured that he was just going to spew the crap of his political sheriff boss. So there are some people out there in blue that understand your rights and in fact think it’s a good idea. Just don’t expect the brass to be one of them. I never do.

Racial Profiling just might be a good idea? NO-WAY!

I saw this on Right-Thinking from the Left Coast
And then the follow up on CNN (the Clinton News Network)

Customs and Border Patrol agents arrested the passenger, Ali Mohamed Almosaleh, on July 7 in Minneapolis after he was picked randomly for a search, sources said.

Agents found Almosaleh to be carrying what they described as a suicide note and DVDs containing "anti-American material," officials said.

I just can’t believe that a person from that part of the world would have anti-American DVD’s on him (LOL). No way! He must have had a pirated copy of fraud-enheit 911 on him, Hmmm. Any way they seem to want to have a talk to him. What bothers my with this story is that apparently they still don’t do simple background checks on people. Where are they from? Male or female? Known religious affiliation? Age? You know simple background checks like that! Hell when was the last time that you saw some black or white, woman, 65 year old, Christian, hi-jack a plane or mass murder numerous people? I cant think of any! Oh and I know I could have substutited many things there and made it just as true, but if I use this. Man, from Middle East, age 20-35, Muslim. Well if you have honest with yourself you will see that you might want to look into them a little bit more. I am not saying that they should be arrested and interrogated, that would be wrong. What I am saying is lets come to reality folks. These are the kind of people that as of right now are instigating all the terror attacks all over the world. Does that make all people that fit this description bad or evil, NO, but it does say that we might want to dig just a little deeper just for our safety.

Over 100 visits

WOW, I never thought that I would even get 10, Thanks to all that at least took the time to look at the garbage that I write!

Kids being taught to Kill in Gaza

I saw this on Fox news this morning and on
Bits Blog
And on Sky News

Children as young as 10 are being recruited to fight for the Palestinian cause.
She spoke to two 10-year-old recruits.
One of them, Mustafa, said he wanted to shoot down Israeli aircraft and blow up tanks.

OK now I like guns and shooting, but I really don’t think that putting a full-auto (as in a real assault weapon) in the hands of a 10 year old is a really good idea! Aside from that, this is just sick, They are kids for goodness sake. To say that they have been robbed of any resemblance of a childhood is an understatement. Now I know where these kids live is a very hard place, but I just can not understand there parents pushing these ideas on their kids at this young age. No I will not even try to understand it ether, its just wrong and criminal. Yes criminal, these are terrorist camps people. Plain and simple. If Israel went in there and blew it up and shot all the people there (hopefully just the adults) I would not shed a tear at all. When that is done you would have to at least arrest the parents, you just cant let the teachers of terrorism go free. When you hear how poor and beaten on the Palestinian people are, ask your self: have they ever talked about peace honestly? Would you want to have peace talks with a group that openly says that they just want you all dead? Would you want to have peace talks with a group that has blown up children’s school busses and city busses, family restraints and many other things against civilian targets? If you answers yes to all these then you are ether very stupid or a liberal, or both.

Concerns over Iraq Oil

Saw this story on Fox News:

First, "the board noted that there was a lack of adequate control over the extraction of crude oil, as evidenced by the absence of metering or measurement of extracted oil quantities," the report said.
The absence "precludes a reconciliation of all crude oil extracted with its eventual utilization, and allows oil proceeds to be diverted," it said.

This sounds like what you could expect at a bank if you let tellers pull money out of the safe, work all day, and then put back into the safe what they said they should, all with out cameras or computers tracking everything. What you get is a lot of stealing (UN,France?) for oil. Now I am not saying that bank tellers are thieves, just making an analogy. Now while this is bad, it can be fixed. What I want to know is where is all the money going? How much have they been making? Where was it spent? Will our country see any of it to offset the price of setting them free? I think and hope that the last one will happen eventually, but the other questions go unanswered. After all the talk about how they will be able to pay for their own reconstruction… I just have not seen it! Someone has that oil and money, I want to know who and why!

Hillary to keep her mouth shut!

Saw this on Drudge:

All I can say is that its about time!

Bush asked to speak to the NAACP? Your kidding!

I say this on BitsBlog
In connection to an article written by Armstrong Williams

The harsh words have become a tradition for Bond. Since becoming chairman of the NAACP in 1998, he has consistently used the organization's conventions to publicly proclaim his distaste for the Republicans. He's alternately referred to them as "neo-fascists," "the white-people's party" and "a crazed swarm of right-wing locusts" that have sought to "subvert, ignore, defy and destroy the laws that require an America which is bias-free." Bond opened the NAACP's 93rd annual national convention July 11 by comparing President Bush to a "snake oil" salesman.

Ironically, Bond also expressed disappointment that President Bush chose not to participate in this year's convention. As with most of Bond's remarks, this should be taken with a handful of salt. After all, why on earth would President Bush attend the conference of an organization that openly attacks him, consciously polarizes the race debate against Republicans and effectively acts as the black wing of the Democratic Party?

Forgive me here, but did the NAACP actually think that the Pres might actually accept the invite? I don’t think they did for one minute. They just wanted a another opportunity to scream and whine about him. Any one with a little bit of common sense would have known that there was no way he was going to be there. I just wish I could have heard the conversation in the oval office over this decision! Seems pretty simple to me.

More Gun Banning

Here is a letter that I received from my senator Maria Cantwell, or Cant do well, in response to my request that she NOT support the continued ban on assault weapons.

Dear Mr. X:

Thank you for contacting me to express your views on the assault weapons ban. I appreciate having the benefit of your views on this important issue, and I appreciate hearing from you.
(When you read on you will see, she could not care less about my opinion or my vote)

On March 2, 2004, the United States Senate voted 52-47 on a bipartisan basis to reauthorize the assault weapons ban for an additional ten years. (I think that bipartisan means that some stupid wishy washy namby pamby republicans, in name only, voted with her) I was proud to support this extension, a policy for which both Attorney General Ashcroft and President Bush have also expressed support. (I know she is telling the truth here a little bit) The law bans certain models of semiautomatic assault weapons and ammunition magazines of high-capacity (that hold more than ten rounds).(what this means is that when I go out I carry 20 rounds) A recent study by the Department of Justice shows that the use of banned guns in crime has fallen by more than 60 percent between 1995 and 2002. (is she saying that legally run gun shops were selling assault type weapons to criminals?) I supported the original Assault Weapons Ban as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives and I believe the law has worked.

Unfortunately, the amendment will not become law, as the bill to which the amendment was offered was subsequently defeated. (someone got a clue!) I am committed to efforts to extend the law this year.(again I asked her not to in my letter, but she really does not care) While President Bush has stated his support for reauthorizing the ban, House Majority Leader Tom Delay has announced that he does not intend to bring the extension up for a vote.(which is good for him) I look forward to working with President Bush to honor his commitment to maintain this common-sense gun law. (if you believe that he really wants this on his desk then ether you are very wrong, or he does not want to get re-elected.)

While I support extending the assault weapons ban, I am also committed to protecting Second Amendment rights,(well not she really isn't) and I know that recreational use and collection of guns for hunting, sport, and other activities is extremely important to you and many other law- abiding Washingtonians.(just as long as we don't want them for self defense or well just because we would like to use our freedom and “want” them) That is why I also cosponsored an amendment to expand the ability of law enforcement officers across the country to carry concealed weapons as they already have the right to do in our state. (wow this sounds like a good idea on the surface)

As your Senator, you can be assured that I will work to protect the legitimate rights of law-abiding American gun-owners, while continuing to support responsible legislation to reduce crime and make our communities safer.(yep she supports laws that restrict law biding citizens) I believe both of these goals are important and can be simultaneously accomplished. I value the input of responsible gun buyers and sellers in forming common sense gun policy.
Again, thank you for contacting me on this important issue. Please do not hesitate to contact me again on this or any other issue.
Sincerely,
Maria Cantwell

United States Senator

This is got to be a “where do I start” one! First she says it is bipartisan. What that means is that some idiots that call themselves republicans voted with her. Then she said that Bush supports this. Well there is one of two ways to read this. Ether Bush really does support it, meaning that if it comes to his desk he will have to ether: A. find a reason to veto it (not likely, as he has never vetoed anything!) Or B. is going to sign it and does not really WANT to be reelected to office, because he would loose a LOT of voters if he signed this piece of crap. Or he says that he supports it and believes that it will never see his desk. That way he has the best of both worlds. He supports gun banning (control), but never signed any ban into law. I think it is the latter option myself. Then she says that crime from using banned guns has dropped 60%? I will have to look that up, but does that mean that there were gun shops that were actively selling guns to criminals? Maybe we should be looking into that? I also love how she says that she is committed to protecting the 2 nd amendment. That is a laugh! She states what she thinks that the 2 nd amendment means. It means that we can hunt, target shoot, but that's really about it in her opinion. I guess that she has ether never read the 2 nd amendment, or like most liberals believes that she knows what is best for us. Never mind that the law does not protect anyone. I would even bet if you asked her what guns it banned and how a gun is defined as an assault weapon she could not tell you. I would love to know how limiting my HK USP .45 to only 10 rounds in the magazine makes it any safer then if it could carry the 12 it is suppose to have? Like I said I carry 2 mags now, 20 rounds, so maybe I am a little safer! Look I am not asking for a full auto weapon to be available to anyone that wants one, although I think that people should be able to buy them after a extensive background check, but really banning a weapon because of a bayonet lug and a pistol grip is just stupid! When are people going to realize that there are enough gun laws and that these “control” laws only affect citizens that observe the law, criminals don't care what laws we pass hence the term criminal. These laws only serve to restrict our freedom, and don't protect us from anyone; they just serve protecting the criminals.

Tear down that nice protective wall

I saw this on Right thinking from the left coast

The International Court of Justice will rule on Friday that the separation fence contravenes international law, that it must be dismantled, and that compensation must be paid to the Palestinian owners of property confiscated for its construction, according to documents obtained by Haaretz.

Yep the well respected (laughing) world court has said that it is wrong to protect yourself from violent terrorist attacks by building a protective fence. People this is not THE WALL this is a protective wall. It is not designed to keep people in, but to keep people out! I guess what the world court would rather have is Israel guard its borders with high powered machine guns. Maybe they could paint a line there the fence is and put up signs that people that cross the line or look like they are going to cross the like will be blow away. Is that what they want? I just hope that Israel just tells them to kiss off, and challenges them to enforce there stupid ruling.

You want this guy to be protecting you?

I saw this on Drudge

KING: News of the day, Tom Ridge warned today about al Qaeda plans of a large-scale attack on the United States. Didn't increase the -- you see any politics in this? What's your reaction?

KERRY: Well, I haven't been briefed yet, Larry. They have offered to brief me. I just haven't had time.

OK so this is the man that is going to be protecting you when you sleep? King is like the easiest interview going, especially if you are a (D)umbacrat. I bet even he never expected this kind of response! This man has no business being in charge of anything!

Edwards already in violation? Cant be!

I saw this on BitsBlog
Read the story on The Hill

The North Carolina senator and former trial lawyer leaned heavily on his former peers for campaign funding. More than half of his donations came from trial lawyers, and 22 of his top 25 contributions came from his former colleagues at the bar.

Tab Turner, for example, the eminent Little Rock trial lawyer, donated $200,000 to Edwards’s campaign and his 527 committees. Investigators interviewed the clerks in his firm in whose names many of the donations were made. Slate magazine reported, on Aug. 29, 2003, that “one clerk who gave $2,000 to Edwards said that Turner had ‘asked for people to support Edwards’ and assured them that ‘he would reimburse us.’”

Ok I know this is not really nice, but what were you expecting from the number 4 most liberal (D)umbacrat? I mean they have proven that the laws that they help make don’t really, and should not, be applied to them. Those laws exist for other people.

I was surprised to see a reference to little rock. Ok not really that surprised, but still. I hope that John and John are ready for the bumpy ride they are going to get this summer. If not from Bush (and that’s where it should be coming from) then from talk radio and blogers. So hurry up and get your excuses ready John, things just might get a little interesting!

NASA needs to think more PC?

I caught this on DANEgerus’s blog

And the story leads me to Michelle Malkin’s page:

We ask, again, what is it about Islam that is so sensitive and delicate that all non-Muslim Americans must be trained in how to react to them? Why is Islam, above all other religions in the United States today, being taught in American institutions?

What about Christians? Have Christians ever been invited to NASA to speak about multiculturalism and diversity? How about the Jews? Any invites for them to discuss their culture? Why would NASA invite CAIR to speak to them when CAIR personnel are not allowed in the White House? What special insight does CAIR present about Islam that NASA can’t get from some other Islamic group that isn’t hell-bent on destroying America as we know it?

Apparently the Council on American-Islamic Relations wants to talk to employees at NASA and make them more PC? I just can not remember when NASA ever even made a statement that had anything to do with a persons ethnic background. You would think that they have better things to be doing at NASA. Hmmm like designing a new space obiter, or the ISS, or a mission to the moon or mars, or ……

When do we get to just shoot these people?

I saw this on Insite on the news:

"We've already had instances where we know that people who have been released from our detention have gone back and have become combatants again," Rep. Porter Goss (R-Fla.)

Ok so what we have here is that we captured these guys, asked them some questions and now released them. They turn around and start trying to kill more of us? When oh when do we just say we will not take prisoners, if you want to stay alive say out of the fight. Oh and don’t forget that now the supreme court has said that these bozos get to have there day in court even thought they are not citizens of this country! Also we have a bunch of whiners in this country, and congress that want to make it so that if our guys are nice and don’t shoot these bastards at first sight, we can do no more than ask them very nicely (while they watch a little TV and get to eat like a king on our dime) if they have any thing they want to tell us! You know, if we can no longer interrogate these people, and they get all the rights that I do, just shoot them or blow them up on the field of battle. Anything more is a waist of time and my (and your) money.

Kerry Picks Running Mate and no one cares

John (freak’n) Kerry finally picked (finagled) a running mate. He picked another flip-flopping senator. This guy is perfect for the ticket. At one time he said (wisely) that he did not want to be the running mate, then in a dramatic change of mind he said, yep I want to be that man. Then I remembered that this person is a (D)umbacrat, so it really was kind of predictable that he would flip-flop on this decision. Finally I know that every news source and Blog (myself included) is talking about this, but the real question is. Does any one even care. I have read a few of the news reports, but there is no energy there, and what is there seems faked. Or it could be that I don’t care, because it is just more of the same from the (D)umbacrat’s, flip-flops, and lies. So stay tuned to this story I bet it will get Interst….. er. boring fast.

RUSH Kicks Ass

I went to the Rush 30th anniversary concert on Friday. I all I can say is that these guys still kick butt today. Neal Pert is The Best Drummer in music period. Thanks for a great concert guys, and I do hope you come back my way soon!

Illegal Aliens Arrested? You can’t do that!

Washington Times story:

But several California legislators and immigration advocates criticized the arrests, saying they had caused panic in Southern California's Hispanic community. They accused the Border Patrol of racial profiling, with some Hispanic organizations issuing warnings to illegal aliens on what areas to avoid to keep from being arrested.

Ok so let me see they went in a arrested 420 illegal aliens in southern California, and the politicians there are mad? In the whole article there is not one reference of someone begin arrested and then found to be legally in country. They did not go into churches, schools, or even private homes to do this. I admire the Border Patrol they have a thankless job, one that we all count on being done everyday. Then we have these jack asses that we supposedly elect coming down on them! B.S. All this shows is that they are not working for the people. They are working for themselves. They were put there by these people. They told them ‘come on in and we will give you welfare, free medical and a care free life, all at the tax payers expense!’. These politicians are Liberals. They are only concerned with there power and the border patrol just arrested 420 people that, were and have most likely, already voted for them. Oh and the Hispanic organizations that were issuing warnings. There should be criminal charges filed on these jerk offs. They have interfering with a police action and supporting criminals. What I want to know is why, when groups like these do this kind of crap, doesn’t the Justice Department file charges on them! I know, political correctness. And down the tube we go…. See you at the bottom.

Saddam is a liberal

News sites all over are talking about Saddam today. He called our President the real criminal. Yeah right. Sure. If we take a minute lets examine this statement just a little, and I am sure that as time and the trial goes on it will be made clear and true. What he is really saying here is that he would not be in this position if it were not for Bush. Just like Pres Clinton would not have been impeached if it were not for Ken Star. You see it is not his fault that he did not comply with 17 U.N. resolutions, or that he gassed his own people, or that he invaded a neighboring country. Nope cant be his fault. Just like almost every other liberal that I have heard talk on TV or the Radio, it is never there fault or the there ‘man’s’. Nope its always someone else’s fault. Here is the really sad part. I know there will be many in this very country that will believe him and agree with this piece of crap. You know when the time comes (and I think it will) for them to put this guy out of our misery, and they need to find an executioner I would be all to happy to volunteer my services.

I did not believe it myself

I got this at the The Washington Times

Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, New York Democrat, told San Francisco residents this week.
At a fund-raiser for fellow Democrat Sen. Barbara Boxer of California, Mrs. Clinton told hundreds of Democratic supporters that they can expect to lose some of the Bush tax cuts if Democrats gain control of Washington next year, the Associated Press reported.
"Many of you are well enough off that ... the tax cuts may have helped you," Mrs. Clinton said. "We're saying that for America to get back on track, we're probably going to cut that short and not give it to you. We're going to take things away from you on behalf of the common good."

I had to go and look it up myself. What the hell was she thinking? Oh right she wasn’t. you need to go to the four right wing wackos web site. I really can not think of a better way to put how I feel about this myself!

65% of your land is ours

I first saw this on Fox News

“Residents of King County, Wash., will only be able to build on 10 percent of their land”

Looks like King County’s Ron ‘Tax to the Max’ Sims has found a great new issue to run on. Seems that what they want to do is let you go out and buy land, work your ass off for about 30 years to pay it off, and then tap you on your shoulder and remind you that 65% of that land is really theirs and you cant use it at all. Friends this is second great American land Rush (read grab). Only this time it is being run by environmentalists, (D)umbacrats, and generally liberals that live in places that these laws don’t affect. You see in Seattle there is no land per say. All there is there is buildings and paved roads. This law that they will pass has NO effect on them at all. Some have said that they want to pass this law so that they can go on a nice drive in the country on the weekend. I say that is most likely true. I really hope Ron takes this idea state wide, or that his opponent does for him, because eastern Washington would Love It (tongue firmly planted in cheek). I hope that the people that are affected by this sue Seattle, er King county. People when will this stop? Are there no more land owners rights?

Can I slap him YET?

On Little Green Footballs they had a link to (P)MSNBC

Just one quote for ya.
Brokaw: Prime minister, I’m surprised that you would make the connection between 9/11 and the war in Iraq. The 9/11 commission in America says there is no evidence of a collaborative relationship between Saddam Hussein and those terrorists of al-Qaida.

What I want to know is why does Brokaw still have a job? How does the network look anyone in the face and see “we don’t have no stinking bias” (blazing saddles style)? I would just love to slap this guy. For goodness flipping sakes, Tom you are in some dam cushy studio somewhere, this guy is there on the ground. He really DOES see what’s going on. The 911 commission (Joke) never did say that there was no connection at all between Saddam and the terrorists. Just not between Saddam and the horrible event that happened on 9/11. Oh and get over this dammed puppet government crap. Ok right now they are going to listen really hard to what we say and recommend, but like all things that will change in time, and they kind of need to because we are still providing the bulk of their security. Things like that done change overnight. One more thing Tom. Do you think that for once you could be on our side? The side of America?

Comments Welcome!

The trial of a madman

In the Tacoma News Tribune today:

Saddam faces charges. This is a positive step again in the right direction. I must also say that I really did not see any media bias on this article. Which is surprising to me, although the writer did not give any credit to the Bush administration, but no matter. I hope that the coming months will show the Iraqi people that they are indeed free. I do morn the lost of our men, but it was not with out a good cause. Bringing freedom to people like these is always a good cause.

Mr. Chirac needs to shut up

The telegraph has this story

Apparently our President said something nice about Turkey. And the French Idiot came unglued.

Stung by Mr Bush's call for the EU to give Turkey a firm date for accession, Mr Chirac responded: "He not only went too far but he has gone into a domain which is not his own.
"He has nothing to say on this subject. It is as if I were to tell the United States how it should conduct its relations with Mexico."
Yep that’s right He would never tell us how to manage our business at all (Iraq)? Oh yea, we do have a stake in that area of the world don’t we? As part of NATO and aren’t our troops on the border of Turkey? I think so!

They go on to say:
Mr Chirac's outburst reflects the unresolved tensions over Iraq and France's declining influence in the EU and Nato.

Well Duh. This is France we are talking about. I cant think of a reason to take them seriously anyway. Why are they even on the U.N. Security Council? They have what? Couple of nukes? Only one aircraft carrier, which I have heard is used as an example of what NOT to do. I wish Bush would tell Mr. Chirac to go get bent. That way he is not using a curse word and people will still know what he means. Although it might be a little over Mr. Chirac’s head.

Your comments are welcome!!!

Fingerprints in Pierce County

I read this article in the Tacoma News Tribune today

Seems that what they want is Tacoma PD to use a system, that although useful, is not compatible with the rest of the state, and I would bet, not compatible with the FBI system. There rational? The company that created the software for Pierce county is local company and if Tacoma PD does not also use it that hundreds could loose their jobs. This is just stupid. Its kind of like the argument that they should not have built cars because the buggy and whip makers would be out of a job. As always I will try to offer a solution to the problem, so here it is. If the company that makes the current system in Pierce county wants to stay alive they need to make there product compatible. This is usually done by talking to the other company to get information on how they communicate and store data. You might be surprised to find that a lot of companies will share this information, sometimes with a small cost. Also if they are really desperate they can reverse engineer the communications link and do it that way. But to ask Tacoma PD to stick with or buy a system that is not compatible with state is just dumb.

Gary goes to Mexico

In the SFGate

Gary Locke and other Dumbacrats just don’t get it. Ok so Gary goes on a little trip out of town and then he decides to give this speech that basically says ‘hay if you can get to Washington we will take care of you and give you lots of stuff!’. He told them about how we will let illegal aliens go to collages at in state intuition rates, How we are building them temporary housing and permanent housing, Oh and they can get free health care. All with out any worry of being asked to leave the country because that would be discrimination? Hay Gary, if you want to pay for illegal aliens so dam much pay for them yourself!

"I am grateful to the Mexicans for their contributions, their work in Washington and I am opposed to discrimination against them," Locke said. I am grateful to, to the ones that came here legally with the correct papers, and then try to be part of the society. What Gary does not seem to understand is that the rest of us do not want to pay the others way. Hell they are NOT suppose to be here in the first place! We have no good reason to support them. What Gary wants is to just open the borders up and let them all come in. I wonder how he plans to pay for that idea? Hmmm….

Untrained forces:

World Tribune

According to this story a great deal of the current Iraq security forces are completely untrained. A lot of people will see this and ask “what the hell have we been doing?” Well I can understand this question, but at the same time training takes time, a lot of time. Just to train a US Infantry man can take more than 4 months. To train a Police officer has got to take longer. They have to follow more rules and other important things. It is clear that our guys will have to focus a lot more time on training the newly formed army. Special Ops, that is one of there main jobs, so I know they are all over that. Just hold on people it will get better.

Michael Moore in Seattle

Boy Mr. Moore must have felt right at home today on Fox News 13. They started the interview saying, and I am going to paraphrase here, “We have seen your movie and we both loved it”. Wow I could see right there that this was going to be a fair and balanced interview! They then proceeded to through some of the easiest softball questions that I could think of! You know for the most part 13 news is one of the better ones around here, but today they really looked like the rest. They loved the big white guy so much that they were telling jokes and laughing all over the place. Maybe that is the only way they could get him on the air, but I doubt it myself. They were acting like they were interviewing the President himself, it just sickened me to death. I just wish we could do a fund raiser to by him a one way ticket to France or Canada. He would feel more at home there anyway.

This was just to funny

David Letterman:

TOP TEN THINGS OVERHEARD AT A BILL CLINTON BOOK SIGNING

10. "He got 'special sauce' all over my copy."

9. "No, I don't want you to sign my breasts as well."

8. "Hell no, I'm not going to read all this... but I will beat to death my rival drug dealer with it. Beating someone to death with a presidential memoir… now that's kill'n with class!"

7. "I think I saw a woman under the table he's seated at. I wonder what she's doing?"

6. "Ahh! The aliens are invading and they're hideous... oh, it's just James Carville."

5. "Come on! Just stand next to me and say, 'I did not have sex with that woman!' while my friend films. It'll be cool! Oh! And do that thing with your thumb and lip!"

4. "I know I'm just a kid, but you're a big inspiration to me and... No, I don't know if my mother is being properly satisfied by my father. Why do you ask?"

3. "No! Sign it with your pen!"

2. "I like how he said how dedicated he is to the women's movement... or did he say he 'likes how women move'?"

And the number one thing overheard at a Bill Clinton book signing…

"Aww... I thought this was the line to meet Carter!"

Al Gore Rides again

The drudge report has a flash about Al (I did not know that was a fund raiser) Gore. Apparently he has accused the administration of lying, something Mr. Gore had no experience with in the administration he was involved in. He is going to say that there is in fact no connection at all between Iraq and Al Qaeda, just like the 911 (joke of a )commission said. Hmmm

Mr. Gore did you know (and I know you did) that the 911 commission did not in fact say that there was no connection? Nope the commission said that there was no connection linking Iraq with Al Qaeda with respect to the murderous attack on the citizens of New York.

The good news here. Nothing that Mr. Gore has touched lately has worked out. It has all gone to crap on him, and the others around him. Way to go Mr. Gore. Go Gore go. Or Run Gore Run… Hmmm

Does it pass the Duh test?

Ok I was out for the last couple of days, but one thing that I notice is that the Dumbacrats are accusing our president of ordering harsh, or hard line (read: Proper) interrogations. Why doesn’t this pass the Duh test? OK think about it a little (A lot if you are a hard line lib). You are the President, and you are want to give an order that could really come back to haunt you. Are you going to leave a paper trail or for that matter any evidence that you were the one that originated that order? Hell No you wouldn’t. Look if someone told me that Mr. Clinton said ‘it depends on what the meaning of the word is is’ I would have laughed at them, because I would not believe that he would say something in public so darn dumb, but I did hear him say it, and he did say it.

Now think about this. You don’t think that even if the president did give that order that he would not have created some plausible deniability for himself? Or do you really think that the President (or any President for that matter) sits round that tries to micromanage the entire United States Government (CIA, NSA, FBI, etc) and then also at the same time Micromanages the US Military? And that every single order crosses his desk for his approval? If you believe that then you would also believe that he has 45 hours in a day to do this stuff. Get a life and get over it.

How do I feel about harsh, or extremely interrogations on terrorists? I don’t feel that extremely harsh interrogations should be used on people, but terrorists aren’t people or human so.. Lets break out the thinly padded base ball bats, the stun guns, and the extremely loud ‘death metal’ music. I got questions, you better have answers!

Sorry I have been out

I was on a business trip for the last 3 days. In the hot sun of Phoenix AZ. So stay tuned I got some ideas that I will post on here later today!
